It started with a crazy idea
TO DEVELOP A PARK
with a community woven into it.
Inspired by cities shaped around nature, Chisholm Station places the park at the center—not as an amenity, but as the foundation for community, connection, and design. Like Central Park in New York, this former cattle ranch in Pflugerville becomes a vibrant destination where the park is the reason to visit.

THE STORY
BEHIND OUR NAME
For generations, the Chisholm Trail was more than a route it was a path to opportunity, resilience, and connection. Chisholm Station honors this legacy, reflecting the trail’s historic stations that served as vital hubs for trade, community, and rest.
Our development blends history and innovation, creating a vibrant community where people live, work, and play.
The name also pays tribute to pioneers like Henry Pfluger, who drove cattle along the trail in 1853, celebrating Pflugerville’s connection to the Chisholm Trail.
